They can do that in Kingsport, too. Or Gate City for that matter.

Don't go to Kingsport and expect to use your coupon. They are sold out of chargers.
Only real complaint so far is with AT&T service. I've heard a lot of negative things about the service and suspect that at last some, if not most, of it is true.
The biggest issue I've seen so far is the signals. In some locations where there would be a fairly strong signal on Alltel, I've seen one bar and in some locations, the phone would be constantly searching for signal.
Have noticed a few gaps in coverage from where it was previously. Used to pick up service on 72 between Ft Blackmore and Gate City somewhere around Midway Methodist. Didn't get service yesterday until I got to the intersection of 71 and 72.
Not that there was ever much service between Tacoma and Norton, but my phone blew up once I got to Ramsey this afternoon.
One thing that I don't like is that AT&T counts messages sent via Blackberry Messenger as text messages. If you didn't sign up for an unlimited messaging pack, you could be in trouble with that first bill. I've already sent 100+ messages in two days, 90% of which were via BBM.
Sounds more and more like Verizon is the way to go.
As far as signal between Tacoma and Norton for the last year since the tower in Tacoma was turned on have had great signal the whole way. For gaps, on the way to Charleston Saturday got to compare between ATT and my m-i-l's Appalachian/Verizon wireless. She had signal everywhere I did but I didn't have signal some places she did, was never a time that I had more signal than her but a few times I had none and she had full.
Really do believe Verizon has much more coverage than ATT and with the new Droid 2 Global that I would be getting wouldn't have to worry about anything. It uses both CDMA and GSM with a Verizon sim card, so it would have the ability to pick up signal through ATT where ATT can only use their own.
